  • How is this different from a mentorship?
    While a mentorship program mainly focuses on education, we focus on results.   • How much money can I expect to make?
    Although individual results may vary, the average Airbnb listing will produce $1500/month in cashflow over a 12 month operating period. Obviously this is a very conservative estimate and it is not uncommon to see listings do phenomenally better than the average.
  • How many listings do you guys offer new clients?
    This is entirely dependent on your starting investment and your goals. Our average client typically starts with 4-5 listings in the same apartment building. In order to see what would be the best fit for you, schedule a call and we will be happy to go over a customized solution for you.
  • How much money do I need to start?
    We advise our partnership clients to have a minimum investment fund of $50,000 USD available to get started. The initial one time fee for entry into our exclusive program itself is $25,000 USD. It is to be noted however that many of our clients have started with less money. It entirely depends on your own financial situation, employment status, and current income. Many of our clients have been able to access over 6 figures of lines of credit and credit cards with our help and guidance. Although we do not advocate taking on unnecessary debt, many of our clients feel that using lines of credit and credit cards to set up Airbnb Arbitrage listings is a worthwhile cost of doing business.
